FAQ
Anyone who wants to pass an HSK exam with a structured course and a real teacher. You don't need prior knowledge for HSK 1. For HSK 2 and 3, you should have completed the previous level or have equivalent knowledge. If you're unsure which level to pick, just reach out — we'll help you decide.
All 16 sessions are live video calls (Zoom link provided after booking). Each session is 60 minutes. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday.
Sessions are recorded and sent to you. That said, since the class is only 3 people, consistent attendance matters a lot — for your learning and for your classmates.
We need at least 2 students to run a cohort. We'll confirm go/no-go by Jun 12 (18 days before the first class). If we can't reach the minimum, we cancel and refund your deposit in full — no questions asked.
You'll receive a personal email from us within 24 hours confirming your spot and time slot preference. On Jun 12, we'll confirm whether the cohort is running. If yes, the remaining $130 is due by Jun 15.
The $30 deposit is non-refundable once the cohort is confirmed (Jun 12). Before that date, if we cancel for any reason, you get a full refund. If you change your mind after Jun 12, the deposit is forfeited — but you can transfer it to a future cohort.
